NetRobin Spectrum Agent 2.2.2 — Windows quick start
===================================================

What this is
------------
A small program that runs next to your Cisco access points. It talks to the
AP spectrum sensor, decodes the sweeps on your PC and sends only the decoded
RF telemetry OUT to the NetRobin Spectrum Analyzer over a secure (TLS) link.

  * No inbound ports are opened on this PC.
  * No Cloudflare Tunnel, ngrok or router changes.
  * The AP spectrum key never leaves this machine.

1. Install (once)
-----------------
  Double-click INSTALL-WINDOWS.bat
It shows a banner and a diagnostics block first and waits for a keypress,
so you always see it running. It never closes on its own.

If that window still disappears, double-click RUN-INSTALLER.cmd instead:
it opens a command window that never closes. To check whether Windows
allows script files at all, double-click TEST-CONSOLE.cmd.
A log is always written to %TEMP%\NetRobinSpectrumAgent\installer.log
It downloads a private copy of the runtime into this folder (about 30 MB),
needs no administrator rights and installs nothing system-wide.
You get a Desktop shortcut called "NetRobin Spectrum Agent".

2. Start the agent
------------------
Double-click the Desktop shortcut and choose option 1.
Your browser opens the agent control panel at:

      http://127.0.0.1:8790

3. Pair with the website
------------------------
  a. On https://spectrum.bunteefi.com open the Connection page.
  b. Choose "Local Agent" and press "Generate pairing code".
  c. Type that code into the agent control panel and press Pair.
The website shows "Agent Online" within a few seconds.

4. Add your access point
------------------------
In the agent control panel fill in:
      Sensor name e.g. AP-CORE-01
      AP address e.g. 10.42.18.11
Port leave blank (auto: 2.4 GHz 37540, 5 GHz 37550)
Key the AP spectrum / NSI key (hidden by default,
sealed with Windows DPAPI, never sent to the website)
      Bands 2.4 / 5 / 6 GHz (6 GHz only on Wi-Fi 6E hardware)
  Press "Save sensor", then "Connect".

5. Analyse
----------
Back on the website pick that sensor and press Connect. Real-time FFT,
spectrogram, duty cycle, power vs time, channel metrics, devices and RF
events all come from the live stream.

Notes
-----
  * Cisco 3702i (CleanAir Express) covers 2.4 and 5 GHz — it has no 6 GHz radio.
  * If the AP speaks a binary dialect the decoder does not recognise, the agent
says so and writes a capture file instead of inventing data.
  * "Run self-test" in the control panel checks the website, the relay channel
and TCP reachability of each AP.
  * "Download log" gives you a plain text log to send to support.
